Maine's Sebago Lake Region

From Deborah Fowles, About.com Guide   July 8, 2006

Less than half an hour northwest of Portland lies Maine's Sebago Lake region, an area of over 50 lakes scattered among green rolling hills. The biggest of them all is Sebago Lake, which at 45 miles long is Maine's second largest. If you like to swim, fish, boat, water ski, windsurf, canoe, kayak, parasail, camp, hike, collect minerals, or golf, the Sebago Lake region has what you're looking for.
