Holiday Inn By the Bay on 88 Spring Street sits high atop a hill just a few blocks from the historic Old Port shopping district. Portland Regency on 20 Milk Street is in a restored 1895 brick armory with striking Neo-Gothic Romanesque architecture in the heart of the Old Port shopping district. The 95 rooms, beautifully decorated and furnished in an elegant, traditional decor, were built around the existing features of the armory, so many rooms have charming and unique design features. Amenities include air conditioning, health club with jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and tanning salon. The Eastland has 204 guest rooms, a fitness room, gift and floral shop, grand ballroom and other meeting facilities, and fine dining restaurant, Decoupage, featuring Atlantic Coast and Continental Cuisine.
